Robynne Raye

For me, design is like choosing what I'm going to wear for the day - only much more complicated and not really the same at all.

At giraffe we work closely with you to fully understand the aspirations for your project, and provide a solution individual to your requirements. We have the design skills to help you see the opportunities to make fantastic improvements to your home, even on the lowest budget. At giraffe we offer a fixed fee service so you know from the outset what the costs will be.

While architecture has been our focus, we are passionate about all aspects of design, and provide a variety of design services, including bespoke furniture, graphic design and wedding stationary.

Meet Raymond

RAYMOND FARQUHAR PGDip Arch

Before founding giraffe Raymond worked in a variety of architectural positions ranging from small architects studios to large national practices. During this time he gained experience working across a broad range of sectors - including high-end hotels, residential, commercial, retail and Industrial, with projects ranging from one off bespoke developments to multi million pound schemes. In recent years he had adopted a more hands on approach to design, undertaking full home refurbishments, with bespoke handmade and upcycled furniture projects.

Qualifications:

Post Graduate Diploma (PgDip) Architecture, University of Strathclyde (awarded the N-Morcos-Asaad Prize for excellence in design)

The Team

NALA (no formal education)

Nala's main roles include sleeping, eating and general moping about. She is an effective provider of stress relief (mostly) and forces Raymond to get away from his desk and get some fresh air and excercise.

Qualifications:

Can perform a number of impressive tricks, but lacks enthusiasm.
